Terre Haute Balloon Festival 2024

Welcome to the Terre Haute Balloon Festival!

Dates and times for the event:
Friday, September 13, 2024 - gates open at 4:30pm - event is from 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday, September 14, 2024 - gates open at 4:30pm - event is from 5:00pm to 10:00pm

The weekend events include an evening "glow" of balloons on Friday and Saturday night. Come out to enjoy live music, food trucks, view the balloons and baskets, and watch the balloon ascension at dusk! Balloon flights and displays are weather dependent, taking place only at dusk when conditions permit.

Ticket prices are:
$10 for 13 years +
$5 for 3 - 12 years
Free for 2 and under.
Tickets purchased at the gate increase $5 each. Tickets will be offered at the gate, but will be limited - you're encouraged to purchase your tickets in advance!

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASED TICKETS, YOU MUST ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS WHERE YOUR TICKET(S) WILL BE SENT TO!
YOUR TICKETS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

All ticket sales are final (no refunds) - we appreciate your donation to further strengthen the lives of the children we serve. Online ticket sales end Wednesday, September 11, 2024

Your evening ticket provides access to:

• Live music
• Arts, crafts, and clothing vendors
• Food Trucks and food vendors
• Kids' Zone - Rock Climbing Wall and more!
• Tethered balloon rides**
• Evening balloon glow**

** Tethered Balloon Rides are $20 per person and will begin after 6:00 pm but are dependent on the weather. Evening Balloon Glow will begin after sunset and is dependent on the weather. Tethered Balloon rides must be purchased at the event, credit card only.

Reminders and rules of the event:

• No outside food or drinks permitted.
• No coolers, etc.
• No firearms permitted per event and airport policy
• We encourage you to bring a lawn chair (no chair bags) to enjoy the live music and "glow"
• Ticket sales and proceeds from this event benefit Chances And Services for Youth, a private 501c3 non-profit organization established to provide services "cradle to college" for youth to grow up safe and healthy in a nurturing environment.

The Terre Haute Balloon Festival is a weather permitting event. Tickets are non-refundable. Weather conditions at the time of the event will determine whether balloons are able to fly, tether or glow. There will be live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and a kids' zone.
